Lookout - Ring-necked “Cock” Pheasant Willow Sculpture

Typically found running on the ground, this male pheasant willow sculpture will look marvellous placed on the ground or on lower hedging in your garden.

Hand-crafted by talented artist Emma Stothard, who was able to start up her business with a loan from The Prince’s Trust, was invited by His Majesty The King to exhibit her willow sculptures on the Orchard Lawns at Highgrove.

Sculpted from British willow, interwoven with wire and bronze wire and shaped around a steel armature, the contrasting willow colours in this pheasant create form and definition. Each sculpture is finished with a coating of linseed oil and turpentine solution to preserve and protect it.
